Your Role
Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and target new prospects.
Build Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Tableau.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal resources and Salesforce counterparts to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Drive Sales Cycles: Manage complex deals from prospecting to close, ensuring a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3-5+ years in software or technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS solutions and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
Strong Communicator: Ability to engage at all organizational levels and clearly convey the benefits of our platform.
Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative, matrixed environment to achieve common goals.
Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish and English.
Preferred Experience
Background in selling analytics, data, or business intelligence solutions.
Experience in cloud or SaaS sales is a plus.

Design technical solutions that address customer needs and prepare tailored proposals
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and success
Assist in creating engaging presentations in various formats (slides, videos, etc.)
Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., Professional Services, Alliances) to align solutions with customer requirements
Support the preparation of technical proposals and assist with internal operations and special projects
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inFinland(Graduation: 2026)
Preferably studying Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Fluent in Finnish & English (oral and written)
Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, energizing environments.
Inquisitive, practical and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
Likes to be the first to know something and to understand why and how things happen.
Good at searching out information and experimenting, loves to concentrate on a particular topic and to solve puzzles.

Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
Knowledge of Java, JS, Databases or Cloud technologies is an advantage
Previous work experience – a summer job, internship; if it’s an experience in a related field or business, even better
Experience delivering presentations/Demo
Confortable presenting in front of big audiences.
Understanding the unique business requirements of customers within multiple industries andtranslating/presentingthose needs into a compelling vision and roadmap for our customers
