IT業界やコンサルティングファームでの勤務経験（目安：2～5年）またはSI/エンドユーザー企業でのシステム開発・運用経験. 顧客や社内関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる力. エンタープライズソリューションおよびアーキテクチャーの知識を有すること（例: クラウド、仮想化、コンテナ、ストレージ、RDBMS、Oracle や SAP などの ERP、ミドルウェア、クラスタリング、高可用性、AI）. 新しい技術・業務知識を積極的にキャッチアップし、自ら調べて試すマインドセット. お客様のIT運営に対して課題意識を持ち、変化を後押しする意志. チームの一員として、自らの役割を拡大していく意欲.
