担当する業界やお客様の状況を理解し、提案活動を行う. 先輩アーキテクトと協力しながら、課題整理・要件把握・提案資料の作成などを行う. Red Hat製品を活用したシステム構成の調査や事例収集を通じて、提案活動に貢献する. 製品デモやPOCの準備・実施に関与し、Red Hat製品の技術理解を深める. 社内の技術・営業チームと連携しながら、提案や案件活動をサポートする. ワークショップやディスカバリーセッションの企画・実施を先輩とともに経験する. IT業界やコンサルティングファームでの勤務経験（目安：2～5年）またはSI/エンドユーザー企業でのシステム開発・運用経験. 顧客や社内関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる力. エンタープライズソリューションおよびアーキテクチャーの知識を有すること（例: クラウド、仮想化、コンテナ、ストレージ、RDBMS、Oracle や SAP などの ERP、ミドルウェア、クラスタリング、高可用性、AI）. 新しい技術・業務知識を積極的にキャッチアップし、自ら調べて試すマインドセット. お客様のIT運営に対して課題意識を持ち、変化を後押しする意志. チームの一員として、自らの役割を拡大していく意欲. IT業界やRed Hatのソリューションへの関心. Linuxシステムの管理や運用経験、あるいはJavaやモダンな開発言語を用いたアプリケーション開発の経験. クラウド（AWS、Azure、GCPなど）や仮想化環境の利用経験. プリセールス、ITコンサル、プロジェクト推進など顧客対応経験. アーキテクチャ設計、業務改善提案、ワークショップ実施などに携わった経験.
