Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across Solitaire studio to create technical backlog and roadmap;
  • Work closely with development teams before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great effective solutions;
  • Synchronize with other POs across the organization to ensure successful deliveries;
  • Provide a clear picture of the projects to the management;
  • Inspire and motivate highly technical development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency;
  • Promote Continuous Improvement of the teams;
  • Own all tech improvements: drive them across all teams in the studio, highlight dependencies between teams, explain the reasoning for higher management and the business, provide status of the progress for all stakeholders;
  • Monitor technical metrics of the application and suggest improvements for them;
  • Facilitate and contribute to technical discussions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of development experience;
  • 2+ years of managing projects, teams or products;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills;
  • Product Owner experience with agile methodologies (Scrum strongly desired);
  • Good understanding of business goals and priorities;
  • Good presentation skills and experience with presenting project results to a wide audience;
  • Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements;
  • Strong knowledge of agile development practices (especially Scrum), methodologies and tools;
  • Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements;
  • Experience in communication with foreign partners;
  • Good level of spoken and written English.

  • Manage tasks backlog
  • Manage queue of incoming inquiries
  • Establish and operate according to protocol/procedure
  • Establish and operate according to SLA
  • Make decisions regarding prioritization of the tasks in domain
  • Create PPT materials for status meetings
  • Initiate creation of new protocol/procedure/alert
  • Execute project related tasks
  • New client onboarding
  • Participate in PRR
  • Regular sync with client
  • Assisting in the investigation
  • Participate in client planning/status meetings
  • Notify stakeholders
  • Consulting of clients outside the department domain
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working in high pressure, dynamic environments.
  • Self-motivated with analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
  • Independent, Self-motivated, Dedicated.
  • Embrace a ״can-do״ approach to address challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Good client facing and client management ability with highly-developed communication and conflict-management skills.
  • Upper Intermediate English level or higher.
  • An ability to explain technical content to non-technical audiences.
  • Keen strategic mind and a disciplined approach to deadlines.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • An ability to learn new technologies and apply them to improve work processes.
  • Dedicated to finding ways to make things better and using data to support improvement efforts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to analyze data and create compelling presentations.
  • Proven experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), ServiceNow (SNOW), and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Power BI).

  • Helping development teams with all steps of the product lifecycle (high-level estimations, initial task decomposition, review/writing of the design documents, review of critical parts of the feature implementation)
  • Escalation point in production incidents (troubleshooting, risk analysis, evaluating of the solution)
Requirements:
  • 5+ years developing in Unity
  • 4+ years of excellent c# 7.0+ /.net 4.6+
  • 3+ years’ experience in managing people and leading a team
  • 4+ years in mobile game development
  • iOS and Android development experience
  • Experience with asynchronous programming methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English;

Nice to have:

  • Unity Game Expert certification
