Your role:

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of ROCC systems in collaboration with customers, third-party suppliers, and internal teams.
• This includes installation, configuration, testing, integration with existing hospital infrastructure (e.g. networks, DICOM, HL7).
• Install and configure Philips HIT systems, ensuring alignment with customer infrastructure and clinical workflows.
• Integrate systems with hospital networks and standards (DICOM, HL7, security protocols).
• Perform functional testing, conduct user acceptance testing, and deliver technical training.
• Create detailed technical documentation and ensure effective handover to support teams.
• Provide ongoing technical support, including remote diagnostics, updates, and problem resolution.
• Support sales activities through demos, pre-sales configuration, and technical consultation.

You're the right fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Engineering or other related field
• You have 2+ years of experience in customer facing role in the healthcare industry
• You have a technical mindset and troubleshooting skills
• You have knowledge of radiology, cardiology or imaging
• You have a fluent level of English and excellent communication skills
• You are adaptable and able to positively navigate through change
• You have flexibility to travel 60% of your time (mostly around the UK with the potential to travel to other European locations as needed).
