• Support Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product expertise on the product / modality across the accounts;
• Analyze all malfunctions that occur within own special field;
• Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management.

As ayou will establish, maintain and implement policies and practices related to creating and maintaining an active involvement in the legal and regulatory processes of covered Competent Authorities in South Africa.

Your role:
•Draft of legal documents - contracts, addenda's, complaints, replies to complaints, communications with clients, official letters, pleadings in commercial, consumer, tender, and administrative proceedings.
•Research of case law, update of regulations and legislation. Study of specific business cases in civil, commercial and administrative law.
•Management and update of online and offline contract archives and contract document registration.
•Support in the creation of in-house training materials on privacy and compliance (healthcare compliance).
•Support in corporate matters.
•General support of Legal Department in internal requests (Tenders, Service, Consumer, Tax, Finance and HR teams).
You're the right fit if:
1. You are a 2023-2025 graduate with aBachelor’s or Master's Degree in Law,Legal Studiesor related field.
2. You are a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for
3. Fluent in English
4. Analytical and critical thinking skills
5. Previous legal experience preferred
