Work within the SFDC environment to organize and clean orders, ensuring they are ready for SAP processing. Enhance your understanding of the Quote-to-Invoice process for the region.
Collaborate closely with the allocation team to secure delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements:
You are a student who has completed at least your first year of studies.
You are familiar with MS Office; an intermediate level of Excel (e.g., pivots, basic functions) will be a plus.
You are fluent in English.

As anyou will perform administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in France including managing personnel & payroll data, benefits and talent administration.
In this role you will:
Assuring both payroll and administrative support for around 1000 employees population;
You will be the part of Philips People Sevices based in Łódź, collaborating closely with members of country local team. You will be liaising with HR Managers, Reward Partners and line managers in order to investigate particular employees’ cases and answering employees queries;
Processing changes in employees’ employment lifecycle in accordance with country payroll calendar and global guidelines like: new hire, transfer, termination, time & attendance, benefits, payroll data input to Workday, SAP HR;

Your role:
Managing standard and non-standard sales orders
Processing order activities or changes in SAP and other supporting applications.
Maintaining relations with suppliers and creating purchase orders for our factories
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Factories, and other departments within Philips GBS)
Providing excellent customer service for our customers
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.
Currently studying Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree
Availability to work 32-40h/per week (preferably full-time)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent English written and spoken (at least B2)
Knowledge of MS Office package would be a great plus

You are responsible for
Takes End to End ownership of complex and high impact Emergency Care and Resuscitation programs with high visibility and importance to the business
Prepares and implements programs in multi-discipline areas (including Quality and Regulatory, R&D, Operations) in accordance with agreed goals on quality, time, cost and staffing.

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of product development experience
2+ years of Project Management experience
PMP certification a plus
Medical product development experience a plus
Strong communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Fluent in Mandarin;
