• Manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.
• Manage backorders with the Factory to ensure Customer Requirements are met.
• Prepare, organize, and lead weekly order book review meeting between factory and market (group).
• Responsible to release customer billing as requested by the market finance policy and create customer facing documents which meet local fiscal and legal requirements on time and first-time right.
• Act as single point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects. Capable of resolving escalations.

Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, to support the Ontario Factory in California, USA.

Your role:

• The role prepares and presents detailed financial reports, supporting financial planning activities, and developing accurate forecasts.
• The role evaluates factory cost price, monitors financial performance, supports key financial meeting, and works closely with other finance teams to maintain accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

• Conducts complex financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, margin analysis, and ROI assessments, to support high-impact business decisions and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired +3 years of experience in finance business partnering or in FP&A. Experience with manufacturing is a plus.
• Your skills include financial modeling, forecasting and budget management
• You have a degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration.
• You’re an avid user of Excel, experience in SAP is a plus.
