• Shopper insight understandingshape

• Plan development and execution:come up withand implement channelized retail activation plan including Portfolio & Merchandising, POSM, Promotion, Activation

• Evaluation and learning: campaign result tracking and evaluation which drive consistent

• New product launch: work together with category MM toassure thesuccessful new product launch in retail.

• Budget Management

• maximize the ROI within agreed budgetscope

• A&P/Margin allocation and tracking

• Achieve retail operation excellence. Initiate nationwide activation by product category.

• Other cross category marketing activities support on project

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills andexperience

• 7+ years’ experience in marketing activities in a multi-national consumer goods company.

• Strong communicationskills and presentation capabilities

• social marketing content competence.

• Ability tointerfaceeffectively with otherresources

• Good English command

• Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic
