Job title:

As a Tender & Quote Specialist, he/she will be Handling Complete Modality work of IS/Ultrasound / MATC for central accounts & GEM Portal

Your role:

  • Tender Preparation & Submission online & Offline of i.e. EMD, Price Approval in Sofon, Compliance Left Side and other relevant documents as mentioned in Tender.
  • Regularly Checking Website for new Tenders and updating in Tender Trackers
  • Punching of Purchase/Supply orders after taking all required approvals and Sofon approvals
  • Preparation and submission of documents to customer as per required of PO/SO (i.e. Agreements, PBG, PI,etc)
  • New Customer Code / unblock creation for SAP IN90/DX96
  • Letter Drafting as per requirement i.e Tender LC Amendments, Amendment, Acceptance, Demurrages etc
  • Preparation and follow up with customer / Internally for Shipment Clearances Documents
  • Preparation and Submission of documents to customer for Claiming our Payments
  • Preparing and monthly updating of Sales Report trackers i.e OIT Tracker
  • Preparation of Power point presentations as per requirement
  • Data Correction and updating in CR Tool for orders and revenue
  • Vendor Code Creation in OSCAR Team CME / Sponsorship's / Buyback's
  • Commission Payout process
  • Preparation of MAF and other required docs provided to Channel Partner for tenders quoting on our behalf - If any

GEM Portal ( SPECIALIZED JOB )

  • Catalogue upload
  • Payment processing
  • New Category Creation for Different Modality
  • Product updating/Deletion as per specification , updates to existing products (price revisions, stock updates, and specification changes)
  • MRP Updating,
  • DP Extension for order
  • Uploading the PBG on the GEM portal as per the order requirements
  • Update invoice, E-way for payment processing on GEM & CRC Generation
  • Authorization Code Generation for CP for product, Product approval on GEM

  • System should be successfully handed over to Users and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Clinical application support to users till the time he is confident on handling the system independently.
  • Developing good relations with users/clinicians
  • Developing new sites as a demo/ reference site
  • Application support for regional and national conferences and workshops
  • Application support for Clinical activities; User meet and technicians’ CME for Knowledge transfer.
  • Gather the Info about own products and competitors’ products.
  • Internal sales training on key application tools.
  • Responsible for creating Case studies, Clinical newsletter, testimonials.
  • KOL Development and Management
  • Post installation user training

Educational Qualification:

Experience:

  • Min 3-5 years’ experience with MT, CT & Cath lab as a Clinical Application Specialist.
  • Should have an acumen towards Clinical anatomy, Physiology, clinical procedures and workflow of medical system and devices.

  • Keep up to date with innovations in the medical applications and technology in area of clinical expertise, via scientific literature, symposia and international conferences

  • Participate in customer presentations during site visits or marketing /academic events

  • Deliver research and education

  • Prioritize KOL engagement based on Business and local market strategies

  • Collate unmet clinical needs of the local Market and relay those to the responsible Business

  • If applicable, he/she is also involved into local innovation process (i.e., collecting feedback from customers) and proof point studies.

  • Helps to develop clinical roadmaps for an application area, based on in-depth knowledge of clinical trends, technical possibilities, market segmentation and health care development

  • Actively establishes, strengthens and expands a global network of peer contacts in the assigned scientific community

  • Keeps up to date with innovations in medical applications and technologies to provide supports in clinical roadmaps for assigned application area

  • Participates in Marketing and Development strategy and product policy meetings

  • Facilitates sharing of successful or innovative projects and turn them into clinical and business proofpoints

  • Participates in customer presentations during site visits or marketing/academic events

  • Oversees and manages clinical science related projects

Sales Excellence and Business Transformation:

  • Increases sales capability and drive behavioral change with the focus and lens around sales process & methodology including customer segmentation models
  • Trusted advisor to market management team on commercial transformation and sales execution with accountability to achieve agreed KPIs
  • Responsible for deployment of key global and local sales programs & trainings on sales behaviors and competencies such as SFDC
  • Create and maintain sales dashboard to track revenue vs AOP, prescriber market share, coverage including sub dealer offtake, hospital funnel and key account (channel partner) stock, sales and key opportunities and risks
  • Improves sales productivity of the market by driving funnel health, gaining sales efficiency and/or sales effectiveness.
  • Leads sales improvement projects, supports strategy and deployment in line with management team’s top performance priorities
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of the commercial model analytics to support data-driven decisions at customer level and drive performance.

Business Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity
  • Develops and tracks key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the sales quotas, while taking into consideration current economic conditions.
  • Help derive key strategic insights from the myriad data types including DMS, SFDC and channel partner data trends
  • Single point of contact for business leader for monthly/ quarterly sales delivery and revenue recognition
  • Verify sales order compliance with the pricing structure and coordinate with GBS on OIT, order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, and goal attainment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain for orders timely order delivery to ensure we meet customer requirements and organization goals
  • Behavioral: Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and 4 behaviors

Channel Management:

  • Support the commercial & marketing teams with the creation and execution of business plan with Partners
  • Perform tactical and operational channel partner management activities including contracting. Ensuring onboarding, training and partner management as per Philips policies and with 100% compliance
  • Define, implement, and train Partners and/or Market on relevant indirect sales and services Philips processes and tools
  • Analyses performance of the channel partners, identifies problems, and formulates recommendations to fuel business growth
  • Initiates & runs improvement projects together with the partners
  • Maintains methodologies and best practices within the area of responsibility

  • Experience: 4+ years (in consulting/ sales or sales analyst roles)with significant experience in a dynamic commercial role is preferred. Experience in health care/Pharma/med-tech is a must.
