

Reporting to the Sales Manager Imaging South, you will be instrumental in developing and managing numerous business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships across our Imaging (MR, CT, Diagnostic Xray) portfolio. Your Capital Equipment / Medical Device sales experience coupled with your ability to influence at all levels will be key to your success in the role.
Your challenge
Achieving and growing sales in your territory and assisting in advancing revenue and market position consistent with company goals
Achieving solid account penetration, manage and growing new and existing accounts
Developing and managing key customer relationships.
Deliver clinical, technical and sales support to customers in collaboration with the business unit and applications team
Developing and executing professional education workshops/events for new and experienced customers in collaboration with the business unit and applications team
Delivers persuasive and informative presentations to senior customer audiences, effectively communicating complex solutions to support high-impact sales activities
Maintaining up to date CRM and sales tools and providing regular updates to the National Sales Manager and key stakeholders

Experience in managing radiology capital equipment sales
Ideally having existing knowledge of Imaging providers
Exceptional understanding of the sales processes with the ability to protect and grow market share
High levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve results
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to build strong internal and external networks
Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior customer audiences
Experience in building and executing a strategy for targeted accounts

RTR Zone Lead
Your role:
This role is forHS ZoneLead - NOR/CEE.with the strategy of the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Oversees monthly financial closing and other accounting process performed in Global HUB.
Drives successful completion of Project Zenith
Ensure all KPIs related to BSAR, GBSR, TSR, audit, etc are met in the ORU(s)
Accountable for integrity of the financials pertaining to all ORUs within the Zone/s assigned. Primary accountability to Market Accops Lead / Financial Controller and Region/Business RTR lead
As a Zone Lead accountable for effectively reviewing the ICS controls
Interacts actively with regional RTR and Accounting controllers of the ORUs to assure seamless hand over and support for the ORUs on boarded in the Global HUB.
Accountable for implementing and driving standardization.
Responsible to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with RTR Process Ops & Transformation Lead to address these.
Implement and train on new directives and policies implemented
Lead teams of RTR AS and owns operational performance, coaching and development of this team
Partners with Zone stakeholders in aligning common priorities for success
Standardization of Process and demonstrating oversight on content
Assures high quality process in RTR. Pre-MEC, TSR, BSR.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
