Senior innovation partnerships manager
Job Description

You will help to standardize account and program management processes, matching the type of program to engagement archetypes whose deliverables you will closely monitor and track, all the while ensuring a high Innovation Net Promoter Score (NPS) and rapid program launch cycles.

Your Responsibilities

• Acting as the single point of contact, manage business one critical Clinical Partnership, encompassing one or more Innovation Programs, co-development (public-private partnerships, R&D), evidence generation and post market studies.
• Establish and implement an account plan and strategy together with external and internal stakeholders, achieving a targeted Innovation NPS and advanced joint innovation accelerator that capitalize on both parties strength,
• Ensure operational excellence in program management and end-to-end tracking, and timely completion. Conduct program management in a consistent manner according to a Strategic Joint Innovation Framework. Monitor, track and report out on program status.
• Help to ensure alignment across Businesses, Functions and customers to enable success in co-creation, while also ensuring that the Businesses remain empowered and accountable for Innovation Programs at those sites. Important stakeholders include but are not limited to Business R&D team, Clinical and Medical Teams, Commercial Account Managers, Business Leaders.
• Develop and drive productive long-term relationships with cross-functional stakeholders within Philips BUs and the customer at various levels across clinical and non-clinical departments
• Negotiate contractual agreements, coordinate and drive account.
• Help to evaluate Customer-pull (customer generated inbound propositions) and Philips-pull (Philips generated outbound propositions) requests for Innovation Programs according to customer and program selection criteria
• Cultivate and engage KOLs at strategic sites, driving Philips promotion, facilitating BU management with customers
• Uncover and systematically document customer insights and market trends that influence business decisions
• Leverage the partnership’s impact to build a strong image by, actively contributing promoting partnerships internally and externally, coordinating with BUs, regions and MO to ensure the right stories are reaching the right audience and delivering case studies, webinars and other external activities with regional and global Philips comms

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Master level (MA, MSc, MBA) or PhD preferred in relevant area
• Has at least 7-10 years business experience, preferably in business-development, account management and/or program management/process improvement experience
• Experience managing large programs within a complex matrixed organization
• Ideally, experience in working in the leading hospitals
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence
• Strong communication skills. Ability to comfortably lead meetings with mid/senior-level management
• Desired business understanding of the health care industry and health plan economics, including value-based agreements
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage high performing teams

Remote Service Engineer IGT / DXR
Job Description

Remote Service Engineer - IGT/DXR

Your role:

• The RSE will be the Engineering specialist for his respective modality, such as IGT/DXR.

• Must demonstrate technical competency for remote support.

• They will remain updated and abreast of the latest technological developments in the modality's market and appraise the organization based on such developments and related competitive information.

• They will be the nodal point for the technical issues faced in the zone for their respective modality

• Receive, analyse, and handle complex customer technical requests and involve BU Product Support Specialists as needed. Also need to take care of customer reported problems within systems.

• Call Screening and remote support, identifying a technical problem via phone.

• RSN or other available remote tools & suggestions to field team.

  Alert handling, proactive monitoring, Tier 3 consultation

  Ensuring the Call dispatch to FSE in 30 Mins or less

  Adhering to RD update using RSW (100%)

  Ensuring the availability for T2 support during roaster.

• View customer’s entitlements, contracts, expiry dates, etc.

• Create and view diagnostic plan and work with FSE / RSE / ML

• Remote Diagnostics – must have the capability to prepare repair plan based on log analysis.

• Must demonstrate skillset for usage of PRS tools.

• OJT Sessions - Minimum 8 No's (Maximum Audience /Session) during their onsite travel to customer place.

• Drive for remote FCO implementation.

• Regular updates in Escalation (SMax Esc) for Level 2 Cases and ensuring closure.

• Ontime collaboration with L3 / ML / FSE for escalated / technically complex problems for getting quick and permanent solution.

• Field support – Onsite escalation support & site audit.

• PRS - Need to drive field team for 100% connectivity of the eligible systems.

• KPI’s – Deep knowledge for all delivery KPI’s and ensure performance within target

• Call Analysis - Technical analysis for identifying any failure pattern & timely brainstorming for same.

• Ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior following Philips Health Systems policy and targets.

• To conform with Philips Health System safety standards including Patient safety, health, safety and security regulations and strict adherence to General Business Principals.

Innovation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement all phases of the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle), including design, development, testing, and deployment of automations of business processes.

• Design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to meet use cases as per the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle).

• Advise customers in developing automation strategies and roadmaps while also providing guidance around RPA Operating Models.

• Build an RPA Center of Excellence, define automation best practices, and program governance.

• Own the building, testing, and delivery of robotic automation capabilities using UiPath/Power Automation.

• Facilitate team for better creativity, drive innovation, and improve the efficiency of the development teams.

Qualifications:

• RPA Products – AssitEdge/UiPath/Power Automate with 5-8 years of RPA implementation and software development experience.

• UiPath Document Understanding, Communication Mining, Power Automate – AI Builder.

• Knowledge of RPA Lifecycle with proven project implementation/ deployment/ administration experience.

• Knowledge on Power Apps, Power Bi

• Basic knowledge of AI/ ML/ Document processing/ OCR.

• Advanced level knowledge of any programming language - C++/C#/Java with documented experience.

• Advanced level knowledge of any scripting language - JavaScript/ VB Script/ Python with document experience.

• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
