We work in an agile development environment, and our medical products are integrated on ultrasound carts and workstations. In this role, you will work with a modern C++ technology stack, applying best practices, methods, and techniques of modern software development.
Your role:
Work in an agile team to develop medical 2D/3D/4D review and quantification tools for medical image data
Design, implement, test and deliver software
Maintain high software quality by ensuring a testable codebase, automating tests, conducting code reviews, and applying innovative tools like Copilot, etc
You are the right fit if you have
Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science
Team player in an agile software development team
Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17+) and corresponding technology stack
Solid understanding of API design and common software design patterns
Solid understanding of modern development techniques, Agile practices, and software quality
Nice to have knowledge of DICOM, and proficiency in Angular and TypeScript

Product Support Engineer develops and implements the product technical support strategy and controls the product support process. The role contributes to the product design process to ensure its supportability and is responsible for the provision of training and back-up technical support-
Your role:
Providing support for associate products/solutions in diagnosing, troubleshooting systems and act as experts for the team inside and outside
Consulting with others on complex issues. Influencing functional management in the BU, local field and key customers, including R&D in CX
Thorough understanding of the world-wide field organization including the multiple field roles and tasks that each perform.
Being the champion for the support customer in the PM marketplace, specifically lowering the cost of ownership and increase customer satisfaction.

Great, if you have the following:
Degree in medical informatics, applied sciences or related discipline, or equivalent professional training experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle critical customer escalations
Broad technical knowledge of products and clinical applications for healthcare informatics products
Proficiency with technologies such as: Information Systems Networks, Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, XP, Windows Server 20xx, Visual Studio, Active Directory, Relational Databases, VMWare, SANS technology, Citrix and tools for troubleshooting a variety of HW, SW and networking problems
Biodmedical / Hospital IT background or extensive knowledge in this area (beneficial)
CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS certification or equivalent is a plus

Your role:
Industrialization of PCB technologies and related services, including implementation of specifications and changes at suppliers, as well as process optimizations and quality assurance
Serve as an expert for PCB technologies and manufacturing processes for internal partners (especially R&D), focusing on technical consulting for design, material selection, and manufacturing methods
Close collaboration with suppliers and R&D teams to optimize PCB designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiency, considering manufacturing capabilities and production facilities (Design for Manufacturing)
