Your role:

• Monitor/report manufacturing quality performance and drive for improvement.

• •Leading quality incidents investigation and drive for contamination/ correction/ prevention.

• •Responsible for non-conformance event including NC initiation, MRB coordination, disposition/correction/prevention etc.

• •Lead the RMA, recall and rework activity.

• •Responsible for change evaluation/implementation verify which related to manufacturing process or controls.

• •Create and maintain in-process/final inspection plan, leading the quality control set up during products industrialization, includes the control spec review/control character determine/criteria create etc., and training QC inspectors.

• •Responsible for products QC measurement method create and maintain, include machine/fixture/tool create, verify per GRR, measurement program create etc.

• •WPP PPI master data create and maintain.

• •Responsible for product release T&V test development and test execution.

• •Responsible for the new SKU physical FAI inspection and AD activity.

• •Responsible for the product verify test during problem solving, products change, molding copy/transfer, manufacturing process change etc..

• •Accountable for the part/product release and responsible for SKU PSW/ISSR to CoC.

1. Bachelor degree
2. Good at problem solving.
