You are responsible for

Responsible for country payroll end to end operations , ensure the high accuracy and timely delivery, which under ICS management.

Conduct the payroll operation but no limited to, monthly payroll calculation, banking settlement, social insurance/commercial insurance/retirement management, monthly tax filling, annual tax filling, final payment calculation, accrual, payment voucher, etc.

Responsible for the monthly payroll report preparation and delivery.

Your role:

• Daily retrieval of bank activity (ACH, wire, EBAD and L/C) and ERP receipt activity and post payments to customer accounts

• Daily and monthly reconciliations against monthly bank statements – identifying and resolving reconciliation items on customer accounts

• Process offsets to clear matched debts and credits on customer accounts

• Manage the Unapplied Cash report and work with Collections to identify solutions to unreconciled cash items

• Providing indirect leadership to cash applications, internal finance leadership and cross-functional business partners related to cash management best practices

• Support and contribute to accounts receivable accounting lean process improvements

Ensures correct execution of the Accounts Payable process in accordance to the process charter. Monitors and coordinates the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (P2P) process
Your role:

• Responsible for execution of basic relevant purchase to pay (P2P) processes within their assigned scope in compliance with directives and in an effective way.

• Responsible that basic activities are properly and timely executed.

• Validate invoices according to billing specification.

• Actively work with Infosys and Team Lead/PTP Manager to understand basic risks in the PTP processes and put in place mitigation actions to address those risks

• Reviews and improves pro-actively with the Team Lead/PTP Manager on the basic service delivery of the owned processes

• Ensures standard work compliance and assures documentation (WI) for all the activities performed for the ORUS with clear output KPIs defined for the work done
