You are:

skilled technical CMF designer with 5-10+ years of experience in CMF design for consumer lifestyle

and/or medical products with a bachelor’s or master's degree in industrial design or an equivalent degree in Engineering Design.

Practical and pragmatic mindset, that both listens to input, yet is able to make decisions to move things forward in the right way.

Negotiation skills with extensive experience working with suppliers and manufacturing.

our Execution Excellence & Transformation Team that focuses developing ways of working for our X-Ray and Generator development. We base our work on Scrum and Agile Principles with the outlook to continuously improve our organization. You will be closely working with our Scrum Masters in the organization.

You are responsible for

• Explore and establish new ways of process execution with the aid of digital automation and artificial intelligence
• Create Dashboards/Overviews that allow to extract data for further analysis
• Organize and support execution of our internal events such as Planning Events, Innovation Camps, Failure Speeches and other learning culture topics.

• You are currently doing your Bachelors or Master’s degree in the field of Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer science, Digital Transformation, Project Management or similar.
• Good understanding of common data processing / analytics and visualization techniques
• Advanced coding skills in Python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib / plotly, scipy, …)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of technical documentation. Ability to use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• First experience with SQL is an advantage but not a must
• First experience with ML/AI methods and associated coding skills is an advantage but not a must
• Motivated self-starter, with ability to manage assigned tasks with little supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively in English – both verbally and in written communication, German is optional

Your role:

• Creating, editing, and revising customer-facing technical content including online help, user manuals, installation guides, administrator guides, and service manuals for hardware/software products and services.

• Maintaining legacy documentation as needed in FrameMaker and MadCap Flare.

• Following established style and content standards.

• Validating, testing, reviewing and editing new and existing customer documentation for quality.

• Collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams including Localization, Product/Project Management, Engineering, Quality and Regulatory, to produce high-quality and accurate customer documentation that complies with regulatory requirements and standards.

• Actively participating in project team meetings and estimating the relative size of tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree (required) and 5 + years of experience writing and producing technical documentation for products.

• Experience working in a highly regulated industry and following mandatory processes (preferably in the medical device industry).

• Independently lead projects with good understanding of budget and time constraints, driving efficiency and holding project level design quality reviews.

• Creative leading in Grooming & Beauty for product design, driving E2E user experience from both design- and innovation perspective
• Translate customer needs, research findings and business requirements into compelling, efficient and highly usable designs.

• You have a Bachelor or Master Degree level in product or product-interaction design.
• You have 5-10 years’ of relevant experience in one or more relevant business domains and in one or more markets and cultures.

• You are able to create effective visual languages and understand the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market and culture.
