

Biomedical Technician Site Lead - Loma Linda, California
Support the Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) business as a Biomedical Equipment Site Lead for Philips customers in the Loma Linda, California area. You will assume a leadership role for an empowered area of responsibility to manage and foster strong customer relationships through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue; adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on biomedical equipmentutilizingthe service manual, OJT, OEM, or 3rd Party training. Providestraining/mentorship/technicalsupport to other service staff.
Identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with theappropriate communication, and involvingappropriate siteservice personnel.Proactive identification of issues and providing creative, comprehensive solutions for customers which go beyond simple break/fix.
The Site Lead mustdemonstratethe ability to take ownership and lead in difficult customer circumstances and show a sense of urgency about delivering results, ability toestablishthe priorities of the moment by assessing the priorities communicated by the Site Team or the customer at any level. May berequiredto manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Establishes credibility and trust while focusing on fixing the customer as well as the medical products. Sets realistic customer expectations. Interfaces with end-users, department managers and supervisors on routine issues.
May be requested to serve upon or provide consultation to various hospital committees or teams as requested by the customer with prior approval of site management
Maybe requiredto be available 24 x 7 via phone or pager, work alternate shifts, rotate in an on-call status.
Occasional travel to satellite locations required.

Associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience in electronics or Biomedical Engineering and/or CBET certification.
7+ years servicing medical equipment is strongly preferred.
1+ years of previous lead/supervisory experience in the medical industry preferred.
PC competency, to include basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases.

The hourly pay range for this position in CA is $36.75 to $58.80, plus overtime eligible.

Works as a Demand Planner on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of plannings data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.
The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic planning principles, theories and concepts. Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and planning (feasibility) studies.
Your role:
Strong focus on data analytics activities to support and scale internal high exposure projects.
Create Sales, Marketing, and Consensus forecasts for the assigned planning horizon, Businesses and/or Customer Planning Groups using the AI baseline forecast which is validated with SC analytics, and then enriched with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.
Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process for the market and/or customers.
Review and analyze historical sales trends , sell out, stocking trade, and research demand drivers.
Analyze forecast accuracy results and define and implement corrective actions .
Lead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input.
Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios.
Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Sales Review Meeting, Activity Review Meeting and Demand Sign-off Meeting. Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs.
Responsible for Sales Review Meeting , including consolation of all the meeting inputs, and preparation and distribution of the meeting deck pre-read and output actions decided during the meeting.

You hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar careers.
