Lead Product Manager Payments
Reports to
Head of Payments Mexico & CLAC
Mexico City
·Create, measure and suggest improvements to Card and Bank Platform KPIs focusing on improving day-to-day operations.
·Support the local Head of Payments on specific projects with both Acquirers and Financial Partners in order to keep a positive relationship with them and foster new business initiatives
·Partner with local and global teams to support the day-to-day operations
You will need to:
·Create measurable KPI’s that guide decision making for the Card and Bank Platform
·Track specific KPI´s and monitor effectiveness of Card and Bank Platform
·Suggest improvements to current processes
·Track of local and global industry environment
·Monitor operations and chargeback processes with our domestic partners
·Keep track on several project execution
·Partner with our Customer Service and Sales team to support on problems related with daily operations
·Manages the partner contracts and business relationship going forward
·Cross Functional activities (legal, operations, technology, finance, commercial, etc)
