Your Career
It is your responsibility to build solutions and enable PWC / Capgemini across EMEA. You will work with them to build a strong services practice, align and build relationships between them and Palo Alto Networks, and finally build joint value by demonstrating their strengths.
You will represent the company as a technical advisor tasked with building excitement and support for the company with PWC / Capgemini's sales and technical teams. You will travel and take ownership of the technical relationship with PWC / Capgemini to demo, train, enable, communicate with and continually engage technical partner team members by dedicatedly managing and delivering technical content and establishing relationships either onsite, online, and via telephone. You will have specific recruitment, enablement, training and communication objectives aligned with the objectives of the company.

General understanding of GSI routes to market across EMEA
Specific experience working with Capgemini, PwC, or similar global systems integrators
Strong communication and listening skills, including effective delivery of executive and technical presentations
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, both in writing and in conversation, with structured and audience-appropriate messaging
Understanding of how to qualify partner needs, co-develop solutions, and create strategic alignment
Experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a technical role within a systems integrator environment
Industry knowledge of security and networking product and technology trends
Knowledge of competitive solutions and partner-aligned selling strategies
Experience supporting the sale, demonstration, and enablement of network security products and platforms
Familiarity with modern data centre and public cloud infrastructure technologies (e.g., containerisation, hybrid-cloud models)
Awareness of modern threat landscapes, malware trends, and security risk domains
Exposure to automation, orchestration, and endpoint security tools in partner or customer environments
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, SANS, CCSP, or equivalent) are preferred

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Executive Assistant to support 2 senior leaders in the marketing team:
SVP of Americas Marketing
VP of Cortex, Cloud, and Unit 42 Marketing
Your Impact
Proactively manage calendars, coordinate complex global meetings, and organize executive leadership sessions.
Act as a strategic extension of the VP during staff meetings and other key activities, including owning the agenda, follow-up, and directing actions for Sr. Directors and their teams.
Create, track, and manage purchase orders for the marketing organization.
Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
Plan and execute internal team events, leadership meetings, and large-scale gatherings such as all-hands sessions.
Partner with other Executive Assistants across the Marketing Team and broader company to ensure seamless coordination.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive presence at all times.
Your Experience
Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting VP/SVP-level leaders, ideally in a high-growth or global environment.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Resourceful and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a “no task too small” attitude.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, expense systems (e.g., Concur), and calendaring tools.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $101000 - $163000/YR.
