Convert target small/medium businesses into PANW customers - manage a large number of targets
Exceed sales expectations while enhancing client satisfaction and creating long-term relationships
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date forecast and document all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
Use phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business, build & maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline
Identify and work with channel partners to scale reach across the territory, ensuring efficient coverage and driving partner-led growth in the SMB segment.
Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Independently drive sales campaigns, product demos and proof of concepts
Keep up to date on our industry and PANW’s competitive position
Maintain alignment in our cross-functional environment with Channel teams, plus Business Development Reps and Sales Engineers
Ensure accuracy of account planning and forecasting (in Salesforce) across a number of clients and prospect
Your Experience
3+ years experience selling to Small and Medium customers with a substantial amount of time covering the required market(s)
Fluent in the local language(s) of target market(s)
Experience selling a portfolio of solutions and expanding a customer's environment with newer solutions
Familiarity with information technology products and topics - driven to learn more. Familiarity with cybersecurity is a plus.
Proven track record of winning new customers and exceeding revenue goals
Demonstrated success in working with channel partners or distributors to cover a defined territory, co-selling and enabling partner success within the SMB landscape.
Experience and proven success in new customer acquisition
Honed organizational, planning, communication and negotiation skills

You’ll enjoy networking with key contacts outside your own area of expertise, with a strong capability of detailing difficult technical issues to both non-technical and technical professionals.
You will be a designated customer advocate who will assist in providing tailored support, weekly reviews, root cause analysis for critical issues, release review and upgrade planning, and a quarterly business review. You will provide personalised support and become deeply familiar with your implementation and business priorities to proactively drive best practices and help you continuously improve your security posture.
You will regularly participate in technical discussions with multi-functional teams, creating an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, better working environments, and better cybersecurity. Your quick thinking and support to our clients provides the fast assistance they need to keep their environments secure – which means you’ll need to move quickly, thoughtfully, and provide technical assistance as needed (often, in high pressure situations).

Your Career
As a SASE Specialist, you drive the sale of the Palo Alto Networks SASE portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering new clients in our growing territories. You are the primary point-of-contact for all accounts and are accountable for delivering at above quota sales performance in your region. You are motivated by a hunger to tackle critically difficult challenges that face our clients. You develop trusted relationships at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. This means that you have a concrete understanding of our product suites, particularly our SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solutions, and are able to help identify areas that can be resolved by Palo Alto Networks solutions.
Your main objective will be to drive Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN and Prisma Access Browser bookings across the region.
Your Impact
Develop and maintain detailed account profiles including organisational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management on a quarterly basis
Facilitate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing our clients and partners
Maintain continuity and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target markets
Develop market strategies and goals for each product and service - understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of accounts
You will be comfortable leading whiteboard conversations with customers, communicating the impact of these market and technology changes on their business and cybersecurity strategy.
Lead coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team (inside sales, systems engineering, sales management)
Take full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process
Extensive domestic travel and possible international travel as necessary
Your Experience
Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in a high-technology environment as a direct/individual contributor
Have sold network infrastructure-based security & networking solutions including but not limited to - SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Remote Access, Firewalls, ZTNA, Digital Experience
Sales excellence - ability to demonstrate strategy, planning, qualification and execution
Knowledge of how specific industries might use security & connectivity solutions
A go-getter mentality
Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written skills
