What you'll be doing:

• Feature Development: Designing, developing, and implementing new dashboard features and user interface improvements using React and TypeScript.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and grow a high-impact engineering team focused on AI-enabled signal processing for the Radio Access Network (RAN).

• Guide the development of deep learning models for tasks such as channel estimation, beamforming, link adaptation, and CSI compression.

• Collaborate with global teams across architecture, research, and systems to drive proof-of-concepts and production-quality AI-RAN components.

• Oversee integration of AI models into full-stack simulations and/or testbeds using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and NVIDIA Sionna.

• Align project priorities with hardware-software co-design constraints and deployment scenarios on NVIDIA platforms.

• Mentor team members, ensure technical excellence, and contribute to strategic direction.

What We Need to See:

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ overall years of experience in wireless communications, signal processing, or AI/ML, with at least 3+ years of technical leadership experience.

• Deep understanding of wireless PHY/MAC systems, including MIMO, OFDM, and adaptive filtering.

• Proven experience developing or deploying neural network architectures (e.g., CNNs, Transformers) in real-world AI or signal processing applications.

• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across multi-disciplinary teams and geographies.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

• Be responsible for the design and delivery of the most reliable, performing and efficient system software platform for AI products and services.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and lead strategic partnerships with the ISV partners that drive the adoption of NVIDIA software offerings

• Deeply understand Gen AI workflows and LLM breakthroughs, and bring that understanding to evolving the ecosystem, building a network of influencers, and tracking opportunities in progress.

• Develop a spirit of co-innovation and find opportunities for joint success, promoting NVIDIA software within the Indepenent Software Vendor (ISV) architect and developer communities.

• Discover new ISV workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and share with product teams.

• Stay up to date with NVIDIA’s broad and constantly evolving portfolio of software (including tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints), driving early adoption of new offerings.

• Drive Startups and ISV enablement and consulting engagements, identifying and bringing top partners into opportunities with governments to accelerate sales cycles and drive consumption of GPUs.

• Drive early adoption of new products and support launch and go-to-market activities.

• Collaborate with NVDIA partner managers, solution architects, industry business development managers, sales and marketing.

What we need to see:

• BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) as well as 10+ years of work-related experience in technical leadership role and GPU accelerated computing solutions.

• Experience with NVIDIA products and SDKs (e.g. NIMs, NeMo, CUDA, CUDA-X Libraries)

• Strong curiosity about understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.

• Deep understanding of Gen AI and LLM ecosystem of startups and ISVs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated experience working across multiple countries in the region
