What you'll be doing:

What you will be doing:

• Support inventory control team for Chip, Boards and Data Center business, which including the areas of inventory transactions, reconciliation, aging inventory management, lot size optimizations, shipment arrangement with subcons, system user acceptance testing, and all IC tasks assigned.

• Secure components required for production through material planning (include Assy raw material and substrate raw material). To assist generating purchase requisitions and purchase orders

• Maintain quotation in SAP system (OSAT).; To generate the blanket PO to support the subcons business and operation. To execute the scrap audit in subcons. To execute the factory physical audit.

• Understand the critical role of the new product introduction planning team in executing the time-to-market plan of all the new products.

• Collaborate with team members and business partners from different geographical locations. To apply your creativity and give feedback to the team members on ways to improve the business flows and work efficiency.

We are looking for a Product Quality Engineering Manager in Taiwan Product Quality Engineering Lab. This is a role focusing more on engineering aspects. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of product quality engineers focusing on in-depth chip, board and system failure analysis on customer quality complaints. You will also be tracking quality metrics. Moreover, you will work closely with various engineering teams to drive for product qualityimprovements. Yourstrong management experience, technical background, quality mindset and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be leading NVIDIA product quality improvement initiatives and programs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the Product Quality Engineering team focusing on failure analysis.

• Provide guidance, feedback and coaching to the staffs on quality process and best practices.

• Coordinate with internal and external engineering team to root cause customer quality issues.

• Determine the corrective and preventative actions and ensure the effectiveness of these actions.

• Define and implement quality standards, metrics, processes, and tools for NVIDIA products.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure manufacturing readiness for CPO products at NV manufacturing partners.

• Collaborate closely with RnD, PE and Operations to ensure robust manufacturing capabilities of CPO products and assure mass production is running smoothly.

• Yield analysis monitoring and drive continues improvement initiatives for NPI production lines.

• Maintain products’ quality by improving test stability, coverage, design and manufacturing process.

• Provide onsite engineering support: technical ownership and support for product or tests issues, test infrastructures and tests setups

What we need to see:

• BS/MS degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics and/or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in relevant fields – mass production, wafer or die-stack sort, final test, and data processing & analysis

• Experience in high-speed optical and electrical test and measurement equipment, control, data acquisition and test automation, good knowledge and experience with IC production flow, especially for test & product engineering know how.

• Hands-on HW debug experience with strong problem-solving ability.

• Accountable for managing and communicating process, material readiness, build schedule exercises and communicating status back to the larger team in headquarter.

• Drive factory NPI teams to efficiently and effectively on BOM/ECO check and implementation.

• Manage product compliance activities.

• Lead and facilitate NPI meetings with representatives from Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering associates during process development, pilot, and ramp-up of manufacturing.

• Help with internal process improvements; remove gaps, across multiple teams and functions.
