

NVIDIA is looking to hire a Trade Compliance Classification Analyst to join our growing worldwide Global Trade Compliance team. Responsibilities will require knowledge of U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Wassenaar Arrangement Dual-Use List, and harmonized tariff schedules.
What you will be doing:
Developing and improving internal processes on classifying NVIDIA’s products (both hardware and software).
Assigning export control classification numbers (ECCNs) to software, technology, integrated circuits, electronic assemblies, and computer systems primarily described in Categories 3, 4, and 5 (Parts 1 and 2).
Assigning tariff classifications (HTS and schedule B) to items primarily described in Chapter 84, 85, and 90.
Support global shipping transactions and dispositions.
Working with NVIDIA cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency related to classifications.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or computer science.
5+ years of experience in export classification in the high-tech industry.
Expertise in product classification (HS-Code / ECCN).
Understanding of U.S. EAR and other export control regulation jurisdictions.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Versed in software and large language model (LLM) development activities.
Implementation of process and system improvements for streamlining workflow.
Ability to work cross functionally to achieve our business and compliance objectives.
Ability to learn quickly, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment; manage day-to-day activities independently and with minimal direction; strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail and time management skills.

What You'll Be Doing:
Help deliver extraordinary products on time by leading new product build readiness and cross-functional alignment
Ensure continuous process improvement by tracking and publishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helping to implement process improvements when critical metric results are below target
Run a checklist of cross-functional results for your programs and ensure that team members are completing assignments on time
Lead and attend cross-functional NPI meetings related to your products and highlight key Operations issues, handle them to closure to ensure the product is ready for production
Suggest process improvements, work to get cross-functional alignment for your suggestions and detail the revised processes to help the entire team become more efficient
What We Need to See:
Minimum of 8+ years Program Management experience in a similar role
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong work ethic, an ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations
Previous experience leading Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and system builds
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
