What you will be doing:

• Serve as the primary technical expert between NVIDIA and our customers, understanding their technology and provide the best AI solutions/ guidance on training process in terms of tools and methodology

• Build proof-of-concepts and demonstrations that highlight the power of NVIDIA AI platforms for Vision Language Reasoning Models

• Partner with developers, researchers, technology specialists, IT professionals, and executives to facilitate the integration of NVIDIA technology

• Partner with Engineering, Product and Sales teams to develop, plan best suitable solutions for customers. Enable development and growth of product features through customer feedback and proof-of-concept evaluations.

What we need to see:

• MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering fields.

• Deep expertise in AI/Deep Learning, with hands-on experience in training or optimizing VLMs for production

• Expertise with deep learning frameworks for training VLMs (PyTorch, Nemo), and/or experience with such model's optimization methods and tools (TensorRT and Triton Inference Server).

• Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical presentation skills in English.

• 5+ years' work or research experience with Python/ C++ / other software development

• AI passionate with a growth mindset, ability to collaborate effectively with different teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing) in a rapid evolving environment while continuously learning and sharing insights.

What you will be doing:

• Interact with end-users in academia and industry, develop a keen understanding of their goals and needs, define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs.

• Demonstrate accelerated computing and AI workflows, deliver trainings using NVIDIA hardware and software, and enable users to be NVIDIA champions e.g. Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Ambassadors.

• Partner with Sales Account Managers or Developer Relations Managers to secure design wins, assist in technical conversations and support our products under customer evaluation and towards integration into IT infrastructures.

• Identify gaps, propose and develop prototypical solutions, communicate customer requirements to NVIDIA Engineering to foster product improvements.

• Some rotation assignments require travel and customer visits.

What we need to see:

• Newly graduating with a MS (or equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Coursework in Machine Learning, High-Performance Computing, Deep Learning & AI, Data Science or Visual Computing.

• Skilled in 1 or more programming languages (Python, C/C++, etc.).

• Action-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Actively promote the NVIDIA culture with partners & customers.

• Activate & enable partners through hands-on workshops and ideation.

• Expand partner’s capabilities with pre-sales support on existing and new technologies.

• Build and nurture an active community of Subject Matter Experts in the partner landscape across EMEA.

• Foster learning and development by sharing feedback, guidance and knowledge with sales and product specialists.

• Support and provide guidance to our partners. Working closely with Partner Business Managers, you’ll get pulled into many conversations with partners and customers where you’ll need to help figure out good next steps on any number of possible topics, although AI Factories to support AI, DL/ML, virtualization and how GPU enabled software bits work are the most common topics.

• Above all, be the person that partners call on when they need to get technical in crafting solutions for customers engaged in AI, DL/ML, HPC, virtualization, visualization and other areas that make use of NVIDIA technology. Backed up by the other Solutions Architects experts, the Engineering organization, and the whole of NVIDIA. Be the face and brains of NVIDIA that our partners will learn to rely on.

• Use product and integration knowledge to deliver technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, hands-on training and proof of concepts, as well as overcome objections.

What we need to see:

• 7+ years of experience and confidence in partner facing technical roles. With channel partners or with enterprise customers, an aptitude for engaging in technical conversations that solve problems is critical.

• Channel experience, with strategic advisory and partnership development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understand the full stack from AI Apps & Workflows to AI Factories. Applications, frameworks, OS, Hypervisor, server hardware, networking, storage, datacenter needs all factor into building successful solutions. Knowing how all the parts fit together is important in being able to work with partners of different skill levels and different areas of expertise. Most successful Solutions Architects have at least a BS degree in a technical field.

• Excellent presentation skills, good written and verbal English and a European 2nd Language.

• You don’t need to be a specialist in the fields of AI, DL/ML, Virtualization or Visualization to be successful, but understanding, learning, and using their tools and methods is crucially important. Wanting to be an expert in some aspect of either field is a great attribute to have.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with AI, DL/ML frameworks and apps, C or Python programming, shell scripting, or with hypervisors and virtualization, cloud services, and Linux are all plusses, but the key is a willingness and ability to dig into the things you don’t know to solve the problems.

• Some history of public talks, presentations and trainings, video blogs, or any other demonstration of your desire to educate, fascinate and evangelize.

• Hands-on experience with one or more NVIDIA frameworks, SDKs or platforms.

What you will be doing:
