• Support planning, documentation, and delivery of key meetings and transformation initiatives
• Assist with internal training coordination, tracking product release sessions for cross-functional teams
• Contribute to reporting automation, data digitalization, and process efficiency proposals
• Support data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Power BI and related tools
• Help maintain key O&T documentation and business operations communications
• Participate in internal project meetings and business calls to gain insight into organizational strategy and execution

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (Planner, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business data visualization
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in a team environment
