You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field, with 10–12 years of experience in software design and development.
• Hands-on experience in software development using Java and Golang, with a strong understanding of frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, with practical experience using tools such as Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing Element Management Systems (EMS) or Network Management Systems (NMS) for telecommunication networks, with familiarity in managing network elements and understanding of network management protocols.
• Familiarity with network management and related protocols, including gRPC/gNMI (gRPC Network Management Interface), NETCONF (Network Configuration Protocol), and SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).
• Experience with version control systems like Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

It would be nice if you also had:

What you will learn and contribute to

· Provide technical support for NOKIA 1830 PSS (OTN) products.

· Guarantee the highest satisfaction level of the customer through the SLA (Service Level Agreement)

· Diagnose and solve customer’s problems remotely.

· If necessary, start an on-location intervention via the intervention centre

· If necessary, coordinate with product expert, - Give information on incident and end it

· Analysis, diagnosis and neutralization of problem reports in the customer's network remotely and some rare on site interventions are likely as well.

· Reproduce system Test Specifications, Performance Test Specifications, Test Plans, and other documentation as product recommendation.

· Reproduction of customer problems in lab environment (if needed & if possible)

· Rotation in hotline support 24*7 (on call duty)

· 1-2 year experience on EoSDH and basic LAN/WAN/Networking concepts.

You will be responsible for writing efficient and modular code that is well-tested and robust, ensuring that it meets the high standards required for the most critical networks.
