

The Visual Merchandising & Styling team is responsible for developing and implementing inspiring, premium and elevated consumer experiences and product presentations for the Nike brand. As Manager, Retail Marketing, VMS, London UK & Ireland you will be part of the London UK & Ireland Retail Marketing function, reporting directly to the Director, Retail Marketing, London UK & Ireland.
In this role core duties will include:
Driving the strategic planning and execution of seasonal and daily Visual Merchandising & Styling ethos and approach across the Nike Sport Marketplace in UK&I to drive inspiration & deliver brand standards, whilst serving the business.
Obsessing the consumer journey through store and making sure the Nike brand inspires London & UKI consumers in an impactful & meaningful way.
Driving education & inspiration of store-based VMS teams to be able to drive the best store experience every day and maintain our standards, partnering with the UKI Field Retail team.
Working collaboratively with our Consumer Insights function, Store teams and UKI Field Retail team to continuously understand how consumers shop, get ongoing feedback & learnings to build this into our executional plans & feed back to our Geo counterparts.
Managing, developing & empowering a team of professionals & specialists
You will report directly into the Director, Retail Marketing, London UK & Ireland and dotted line report into the Director, Retail Marketing, VMS, EMEA.
In this role you will work cross-functionally in London UK & Ireland, as well as closely with Geo & Global counterparts to align strategies & priorities, to ultimately bring our brand & consumer field of play visions to life for consumers. You will be expected to build & foster relationships that produce high-quality work through collaboration, partnership & alignment.
You will also manage & coach a team of professionals and specialists.

Essential requirements:
Longterm years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on retail and digital marketing, with prior experience in Visual Merchandising & Styling

Previous people management & team leadership experience
Experience working cross-functionally & with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment, influence decisions and drive impact
