

In this role you drive and execute the account vision and strategy with a focus on Lifestyle or Performance CFOP’s throughout the pre and in-season offense. You are the commercial voice for the marketplace, storytelling throughout the go-to-market process.
You will be accountable for:
• Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the accounts results
• Plan your accounts business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge
• Manage the partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
• Create and drive right assortment for your partner to contribute to the net revenue growth.
• Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end to end business with your account.
• Build a seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Obsess product launch journeys across Account platform ecosystem.
• High standard to partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently and contributing to collective team performance.
• Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge,…) where relevant and within T&E budget.
In this role you will deliver the above coreresponsibilities.
You will also work cross-functionally in the Türkiye office with key partners such as Marketing, Finance, Operations and with CEMEA team such as Merchandising, Planning, to deliver on our next % strategy. And most importantly you will work very closely with the Partner’s buying, marketing and retail teams.You will report directly into the Manager, Commercial & Partner Transformation, Turkey.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the below:
Extensive experience in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, with a strong foundation in Quality, Lean, Industrial Engineering, and Garment Engineering.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of engineers.
Proficiency in process engineering, with a track record of successful process improvement and optimization projects.
Proficiency in GSD and background in factory capacity planning & management.
A solid understanding of APAC manufacturing technologies and their application in enhancing operational efficiency and quality.
Experience in implementing and sustaining Continuous Improvement Methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Leadership: Lead to develop and implement Quality, Lean, Industrial Engineering, and Garment Engineering principles within Nike’s manufacturing partner base to elevate their overall capabilities.
Partnership: Collaborate with the Product Risk Engineering, Senior Manager, Manufacturing System Engineering and Advance Manufacturing Engineering team to align and drive Nike’s strategic manufacturing goals and continuous improvement objectives and to support the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies that enhances foundational capabilities and connect the dots.
Standards: Liaise with Nike’s Product Risk Engineering team (based in World Headquarters) to deploy Nike’s product performance standards and lead the standardization of manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across Nike’s APAC partner base.
Manufacturing Readiness: Leverage manufacturing integration, engineering tools and best practices with quality/process engineering to mitigate risk at production.
Manufacturing Execution: Operate with world-class production quality engineering processes to assure perfect product is made right at the first time.
Inspections & Audits: Reference quality measurement and verification of post-production materials and product, to make informed product decisions.
Issues Management: Support Nike’s Issues Management team to conduct comprehensive review, analysis, and resolution of product issues.
Marketplace Feedback: Incorporate consumer feedback based on in-market product quality, and lessons applied to futureproduct/manufacturingimprovements.
Establish and track performance metrics to assess the impact of implemented initiatives on manufacturing outcomes.
