Job Purpose:
Lead Cross-account strategy & operations to deliver sales growth with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify strategic priorities and develop action plans across product, fleet & new retail to deliver sales target of the fiscal year by bridging Nike Inc & GC marketplace strategic visions with daily sales operational tasks.
Design and facilitate strategic account meetings and engagement (e.g. partner summit) every season based on business needs.

Requirements:

The Visual Merchandising (VM) function is responsible for developing and implementing inspiring, premium and elevated consumer experiences and product presentations for the Nike brand. The VM team works collaboratively across brand and business partners to develop product journeys, presentation strategies, as well as playbooks that set the standard and create a distinct point of view for the brand at retail. Additionally, the VM Team works directly with business, operations and design functions to develop, drive and scale new concepts / retail expansion for the Nike brand across the marketplace.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs a Global VM Lead, you will develop and deliver presentation strategies, standards and tools that are used by our geography teams to implement in Nike and partner retail locations globally. You will work cross-functionally with consumer, merchandising, marketing & marketplace teams, global to geo, to align strategies and priorities and ensure teams have the information and tools they need to enable flawless execution. Projects and deliverables you will work on and lead include, but are not limited to:
Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute a Global Nike Store Visual Merchandising strategy, inclusive of mannequin and fixture strategy support, inputs, process and development.
Driving Playbook development strategy & inputs.
Development and own partnership with VM Geo partners to ensure the flow of updated related to Concept development.
Leading Cross-Concept/Season-less work streams in partnership with VM Concept Manager, VM CFOP teams and X-Functional partners.
Assisting in the development of store specific zone plans, product journeys and assortment-presentation plans.
Supporting in the development of processes, tools, zoning strategy, and product journey presentation plans that enable the expansion of Nike Stores and inform a data-informed approach provided to Geo’s that will impact the future strategy of retail concepts at scale.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams across Global & Geography organizations including Global Retail Marketing, Merchandising, Design, Operations and others. This role reports directly to a Global VM Sr. Manager and you will be expected to build and foster strong relationships that produce high quality work. You will work closely with Geography teams to provide critical functional direction and to better understand relevant marketplace & competitive trends.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Possess a clear passion for the art and science of visual merchandising.

Strong visual background with previous experience in a large scale vertical retail environment, store concept development, and understands reaching broad-scale at an accelerated pace.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
4-6 years experience in Visual Merchandising in lieu of a degree.
Knowledge of current retail landscape and the latest trends and innovations for retail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong influencing & negotiating skills required.
Confident presentation and computer skills with command of Outlook calendar, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote, Mac proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year.

North America Brand Design Retail Producer (Senior)
You will lead sourcing materials, finishes and fabrication for fixtures, install management, comprehend zonal and spatial planning. On site at installation, you will lead establishing the ROS, maintaining production schedules for a flawless and quality execution. You are the connection point between all internal and external teams, seamlessly communicating details throughout the design production process to ensure alignment across. You will also work closely with key business functions such as Finance, Legal, BA, Procurement, and Real Estate.
