Nike Sales (Malaysia) is hiring for a Senior Partner Representative (Account Manager), Key & General Partners - Malaysia based in our Malaysia office. The Senior Partner Representative, Key & General Partners - Malaysia will work as part of the Nike Southeast Asia & India team to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with Key Partners & General Partners who authenticate our brand in the Southeast Asia & India marketplace. We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies, stay current on product and product changes and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.

As the Senior Partner Representative (Account Manager), you will drive your partner or account portfolio’s engagement, growth and profitability in line with Nike’s overall strategy. This role will be able to lead initiatives, can balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast paced, ambiguous environment, have a strong digital acumen to keep pace with our fast-moving consumer.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
7+ years of working experience in retail brand management, consumer marketing or related experience in fashion, design, sports, consumer brands.
A sharp eye for design, a passion for the art & science of retail marketing.
Genuine passion and knowledge of sports, sneaker/streetwear culture, youth culture trends and the Nike brand.
Ability to think strategically, lead initiatives, project teams and influence effectively.
Pro-active information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Previous experience with managing budgets, agencies, design production teams.
A team-first mentality with ambition to coach and mentor others.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
you will be responsible for driving the country’s retail brand offense across different channels.you'll help elevate how the Nike brand shows up in the marketplace and foster deeper connections with customers.
Oversee Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising ideation and execution in Nike’s stores (both Nike-only and multi-brand) and champion Nike brand standards and best in class retail presentation and experiences across all key retail channels.
Focus on key seasonal and always on retail marketing projects and programming projects and build holistic consumer journeys and experiences that accelerate brand engagement and business growth opportunities internally and externally for the Nike Brand.
Provide internal and external retail brand management, cross functional team and retail partner collaboration, functional & operational excellence, agency management, managing retail asset development and distribution across multiple channels.
Formulate new & disruptive ideas and lead on-ground retail activations and experiences in partnership with Nike’s retail partners.
Deliver retail marketing plans from ideation to execution and manage campaign progress measurement including recapping and de-briefing as well as managing day to day operations that includes agency management, budget management, internal systems, reporting, product ordering and seeding etc.
Gain insights from shopping consumers on buying behaviours connecting to sport & cultural trends.
Partner closely with Nike Direct Stores and Nike Marketplace Partners team to influence and reinforce retail concept marketing direction and brand standards for fleet expansion and elevation.

You will utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales. You will maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.
