Role Overview

As a Salesforce Experience Cloud squad lead you need to oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Experience Cloud projects. Job Description

As Data modeler lead, you will be responsible for following

  • Deliver divisional analytics initiatives with primary focus on datamodeling for all analytics, advanced analytics and AI/ML uses cases e,g Self Services , Business Intelligence & Analytics, Data exploration, Data Wrangling etc.
  • Host and lead requirement/process workshop to understand the requirements of datamodeling .
  • Analysis of business requirements and work with architecture team to deliver & contribute to feasibility analysis, implementation plans and high-level estimates.
  • Based on business process and analysis of data sources, deliver detailed ETL design with mapping of data model covering all areas of Data warehousing for all analytics use cases .
  • Creation of data model & transformation mapping in modeling tool and deploy in databases including creation of schedule orchestration jobs .
  • Deployment of Data modeling configuration to Target systems (SIT , UAT & Prod ) .
  • Understanding of Product owership and management.

Position Qualifications:

Required Experience and Skills**:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated expertise in Data modeling in DWH, Data Mesh or any analytics related implementation; experience in implementing end to end DWH solutions involving creating design of DWH and deploying the solution
  • 3+ years of experience in creating logical & Physical data model in any modeling tool ( SAP Power designer, WhereScape etc ).
  • Experience in creating data modeling standards, best practices and Implementation process.

What will you do in this role:

  • Manage all the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities and records for the Global LIMS Labware platform.
  • Manage multiple validation personnel including internal resources and external contractors.
  • Create validation work estimates for projects.
  • Contribute to improving the validation processes to improve quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance to all procedures, especially quality procedures.
  • Create and/or support the execution of Development Testing (DT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Scripts
  • Create Test Summary Documents
  • Identify and Report test/system Defects.
  • Create and Update validation deliverables such as Requirements, Risk Assessments, Trace Matrices and Test Plans.
  • Develop and maintain good Labware Product knowledge
  • Willingness and ability to collaborate/communicate with the Global LIMS Team and Quality Stakeholders.

What Should you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Pharmaceutical, Scientific, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics field.
  • Experience managing a team with ability to motivate.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably Labware LIMS.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and methods e.g. JIRA, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong Organizational, writing and documentation skills
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience in Pharma Industry preferred with knowledge of cGMP and Laboratory processes
  • Good Communication Skills including fluency in English

RoleOverview

As a Software Engineer you will design, develop, and maintain software systems. This role involves both creative and analytical skills to solve complex problems and create efficient, reliable software. You will use your expertise in requirements analysis, programming languages, software development methodologies, and tools to build and deliver software products that meet the needs of businesses, organizations, or end- users. You will work with other engineers, product managers and delivery leads, to design systems, determine functional and non-functional needs and implement solutions accordingly. What will you do in thisrole

  • Design, code, verify, test, document, amend and refactor moderately complex applications and software configurations for deployment in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams across various regions worldwide

What should youhave

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or any Technologystream.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with technologies – Terraform, Ansible and at least one programming language from our supported stack (TypeScript / Node)
  • Familiarity with modern product development practices – Agile, Scrum, test driven development, UX, design thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (Git, infrastructure as code, observability, continuous integration/continuous deployment - CI/CD).
  • Possesses both theoretical and practical knowledge, with the ability to autonomously implement given tasks, including producing and deploying pieces of code.
  • Cloud-native, ideally AWScertified.

Primary job responsibilities/activities include:

  • As a Business Analyst/Product Analyst (BA/PA), the candidate would be responsible for delivery of technical capabilities involving but not limited to Machine Learning, Natural Language Processor, Supply Chain Network Modeling, Agentic Solutions, Self-Heal etc. thus enabling maturity in the supply chain business applications.
  • The candidate would build strong domain expertise for the Supply Chain products and help mature capabilities. Serves as a technology and subject matter expert on End-To-End (e2e) supply chain process and related business processes like forecasting New Product Introduction, Sales and Operations planning, Supply Chain Network optimization, , production execution, life cycle management etc.
  • The candidate will develop business cases to support feature/functionality concepts and obtain stakeholder support from internal audiences through effective oral and written presentations.
  • Throughout the process from ideation through deployment, the candidate will collaborate with design, business and technical team leaders to identify interdependencies, define and document requirements thus facilitating a robust product delivery.
  • As a member of the Enterprise Orchestration (EO) product line, the BA/PA establishes the technical capabilities working with various digital teams. Once the capability is established, will help manage the backlog and guide the SteadyState team deliver requirements thus enhancing the overall EO capabilities.
  • Results-orientation with the proven ability and reputation for developing plans and implementing them successfully.
  • Create documentation for the solutions you create, enhance and support in line with System Development Lifecycle company standards

Required Experience and Skills**:

  • At least 8 years’ experience working as an IT Business or Product Manager
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Projects and/or Deployment experience
  • 5+ years delivery of information technology (IT) services and solutions, with an emphasis on innovation
  • Experienced in using agile methods to bring new solutions though experimental/Proof of Concept (POC) stages and subsequent Minimum Viable Product (MVP), scale up and industrialization.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, supervise and coach across cultures, organizational levels and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships across siloes with client organizations and with technology centers
  • Proven leadership and people management skills are preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
