- Event messaging/marketing
- Materials creation
- Signage and branding
- Contract negotiation and vendor relations
- Site selection and venue coordination
- Registration and attendee management
- Agenda planning and speaker coordination
- Staffing, on-site production, and F&B planning
- Post-event reporting and analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Field/Strategic Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Developer Relations, Engineering, Executive Support, etc.) to drive alignment, maximize event visibility, and enablement.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Event Operations team to assist with campaign creation, lead flow management, and sponsorship sales and fulfillment.
- Effectively manage event budgets and evaluate ROI to optimize performance.
- Deliver thoughtful wrap-up reports and ROI analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Generate insights and recommendations for future event optimization.

Qualifications- 5+ years of event marketing, event management, or field marketing experience.
- Proven ability to develop engaging events that align with business goals.
- Strong project management and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience working independently while collaborating in a global, distributed team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with copywriting or crafting compelling, audience-centric content.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Cvent.
- Willingness to travel ~35% (domestically & globally).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Based in EMEA.
Bonus Points- Experience working in technology and/or SaaS.

- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
