Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales role, ideally with a focus on inbound and outbound lead management.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex sales cycles using a consultative approach, building strong customer relationships, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a collaborative team player mentality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative approach, and high energy.

We are now seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our SEA team, where we are experiencing exponential growth!!

  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)

Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years experience working and/or Enterprise Account Executive at a SaaS company - must
  • Proven experience in up-selling and cross-selling deals - must
  • Results oriented sales professional who embodies an ownership mindset, someone who treats the business as their own, taking full responsibility for their goals, strategies, and outcomes
  • Is experienced in balancing between Pipeline generation and Pipeline velocity to maintain stable long and short term business results
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Is a collaborative and positive team member, who supports driving a culture of performance excellence within the team and broader organisation
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships

Your Experience & Skills
  • 3-5+ years in a Pre Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience working with customers and partners in Asia
  • MEDDPICC sales methodologies experience
  • A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
  • Great communication and customer facing skills
  • Experience in up skilling of partner technical resources
  • Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of GraphQL - an advantage
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Business process mapping skills
  • Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
