תיאור:Employment & HR Legal Support
- Provide strategic legal advice and day-to-day support to the HR team on local and global employment matters, including hiring, performance management, benefits, terminations, internal policies, immigration, and diversity initiatives.
- Monitor developments in employment law and recommend updates to internal policies and practices.
Commercial Legal Work
- Advise on various legal matters, such as commercial contracts with vendors, including SaaS agreements, data privacy, etc.
- Provide ongoing support to the different stakeholders in the company, both in Israel and worldwide on an as-needed basis.
Corporate Affairs
- Support the corporate governance and maintenance of the company’s subsidiaries worldwide, including incorporations, annual filings, and coordination with local counsels
Your Experience & Skills
- 3-4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a high-tech company or a top-tier law firm.
- Experience with employment law – a must.
- Strong familiarity with commercial contracts and business negotiations — an advantage
- Experience managing corporate governance of international entities — an advantage
- Knowledge of privacy and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) — an advantage
- Excellent legal and business judgment with the ability to assess risk and provide practical solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
