Our influencer marketing platform, Popular Pays, provides creators the ability to monetize their work and offers brands opportunities to scale their content through tailored creator partnerships.

You will design and build our products’ web pages, marketing and performance landing pages, and basically any other web-based initiatives.The position involves expertise in web design (and some web development knowledge from CMS creation, 3d party apps integration to HTML and CSS code implementation) and high-level knowledge in UI/UX, layouts, typography, data driven design orientation in a fast paced environment.

• Be the team’s Webflow expert — translating high-fidelity designs into clean, responsive builds
• Support complex design implementations, web maintenance, and performance improvements
• Develop and maintain consistent branding and design system, web templates and components
• Collaborate with marketing, performance, development, and content teams to bring ideas to life
• Leverage data and analytics to inform design and development decisions
• Work with front-end web developers to deploy complex designs and web products
• Stay up to date with new tools and technologies to improve team efficiency

• 3+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles and front-end best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Visual Communication, or related field
• Advanced Webflow experience — you’ve built pixel-perfect, responsive sites from scratch. Including working with CMS integrations and third-party tools.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices
• Proficiency in Figma (Knowledge inPhotoshop ,Illustrator and After Effects are a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can support design and development workflows.
• Proactive, independent, and collaborative — able to manage your own work and contribute as part of a team
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
