• Designing and building highly available mission critical microservices and APIs.
• Designing and building scalable data pipelines that integrate with multiple internal and external data sources.
• Designing and building campaign automation systems.
• Designing and building web applications, dashboards and reports for our users.
• Designing and building automations for infrastructure, deployments and monitoring.
• Writing clean, maintainable and testable code, and inspiring others to do the same.
• Identifying and implementing software engineering best practices.
• Brainstorming feature design, system architecture improvements and troubleshooting.

• 5+ years of experience writing backend systems in any high-level programming language.
• Interested in working on backend systems using Python.
• Experience with building scalable microservices and data pipeline systems.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Javascript and React - a plus.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes - a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly independent, accountable and a team player, with an ability to own tasks from planning to release.
• B.Sc. in computer science or similar quantitative field.

The position involves expertise in web design (and some web development knowledge from CMS creation, 3d party apps integration to HTML and CSS code implementation) and high-level knowledge in UI/UX, layouts, typography, data driven design orientation in a fast paced environment.

• Be the team’s Webflow expert — translating high-fidelity designs into clean, responsive builds
• Support complex design implementations, web maintenance, and performance improvements
• Develop and maintain consistent branding and design system, web templates and components
• Collaborate with marketing, performance, development, and content teams to bring ideas to life
• Leverage data and analytics to inform design and development decisions
• Work with front-end web developers to deploy complex designs and web products
• Stay up to date with new tools and technologies to improve team efficiency

• 3+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles and front-end best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Visual Communication, or related field
• Advanced Webflow experience — you’ve built pixel-perfect, responsive sites from scratch. Including working with CMS integrations and third-party tools.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices
• Proficiency in Figma (Knowledge inPhotoshop ,Illustrator and After Effects are a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can support design and development workflows.
• Proactive, independent, and collaborative — able to manage your own work and contribute as part of a team

We’re seeking ato join our Product creative team in LTX studio. In this role, you’ll harness your creative expertise and knowledge of video and AI technologies to design and develop groundbreaking visual product features and content. You will develop innovative AI-powered prototypes and tools that enhance the creative aspect of our product features. You will also help design platform assets using traditional tools, AI tools and various creation and automation flows.

• Conceptualize and develop visually compelling prototypes and POCs using creative AI tools (e.g., comfyUI, generative models, external AI APIs).
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance creative workflows and capabilities.
• Maintain expertise and ever-updating knowledge of new technology advancements through involvement in the AI community channels and social (Discord, Reddit, X, Internal Lightricks channels)
• Collaborate with the team lead and LLM specialists to align visual outputs with broader product goals.
• Pushing the boundaries of visual capabilities and quality consistency in outputs, leading the way to revolutionary product development.

• Proven experience in visual design, creative technology, or visual effects (VFX), with a balance of technical and creative skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating innovative AI workflows and delivering visual solutions.
• Proficiency with creative AI platforms (comfyUI)
• Knowledge and familiarity with product development and creative tools
• Ability to prototype and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced, experimental environment with an exploratory mindset.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across disciplines in high-paced environments, including with developers and product managers.
• Knowledge and passion for generative AI technologies and a keen interest in staying ahead of AI tech and trends.
