Qualifications

• Lead innovation for the next generation of Optical Metrology for Semiconductor industry
• Lead and conduct research and development of cutting-edge technology to enhance metrology resolution, accuracy and precision.
• Work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment addressing complex problems with broad scope.
• Close interaction with customers to define the next generation challenges and path to solution.
• PhD in physics or related fields
• >3 years experience in R&D and/or research team
• Proficiency in Electro-Optics & Physics of light-matter interaction, modeling experience is an advantage
• Proven experimental and hands-on experience of conducting Prove-Of-Concept experiments
• Strong theoretical physics background, expertise in advanced algorithms development, image and signal processing
• Agile and innovative mindset, excellent communication skills
• Leadership potential with the ambition and capability to assume future leadership role.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) or work experience of 3years

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in theoretical and simulation-driven research within the realms of physics and optics.

Address complex problems with a broad scope, requiring thorough data analysis and multi-faceted evaluation.

Exhibit excellent judgment in the choice of methods and techniques for research and problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in Physics, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering.
• A strong computational background with a keen inclination towards algorithm development.
• Proficiency in Matlab/Python for implementing research algorithms.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of research experience in either an industrial or academic setting.
• Prior experience in optical metrology will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Leadership potential with the ambition and capability to assume future leadership roles.
