• This position involves managing the CIRCLAP/Kronos/Puma seriesequipment and providing support to Samsung Electronics, our client.
• Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities.
• Work closely with many organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
• Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
• Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
• Provide application support and training to customers.
• This position could be support Hwaseong and Cheonan customer sites.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS degrees in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Electronics. (MS preferred)
• MS (NCG~) or BS (+5Y~)
• Previous experience in IC processing/ Semiconductor equipment is highly desirable.
• Advanced packaging related backgrounds are plus.
• Good communication skill in English.
