• Technical college degree in engineering / electronics / physics / material science or 3+ years Semiconductor / Automotive / Medical equipment service support experience
• Willing to travel : 50 ~ 80%
• Language skill in English: ability to read and understand procedures/technical documents, able to understand training carried out in English. In Japanese : Native Level Japanese required.

Job responsibilities include:
- Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting;
- Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model complex optical applications;
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have MS/PhD in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Material Science or related fields and strong technical background;
- Preferred work experiences in semiconductor processing or equipment industry;
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills;- >50% travel would be required.
