The day-to-day:

• Lead the delivery of initiatives from R&D to production.
• Serve as the delivery manager for the DevOps and SRE team, overseeing their priorities, backlogs, and routines.
• Work closely with R&D, DevOps, integrators, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Align delivery priorities and backlogs to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels among all stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in delivery management within the technology sector, preferably in a SaaS company.
• In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of R&D, DevOps, and software development processes, including familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

These would also be nice:

• PMP certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The Role:

As GRC Manager you will be responsible for assessing and documenting Kaltura compliance and risk posture as they relate to its information assets, you will be a liaison on the privacy domain between various business and technology units.

Responsibilities require experience, as well as expertise to ensure effective system-wide security & risk analysis; standards and testing; risk assessment; awareness and education; and development of policies, standards, and guidelines.

The Day-to-Day:

• Evaluate the state of security and privacy from the GRC perspective, identifying gaps and opportunities and anticipating needs.
• Testing the design and operating effectiveness of technical and administrative security controls
• Designing and implementing data protection policies, processes, and procedures to align with Information Security policies and standards.
• Partner with various business units to ensure controls are adequate, appropriate, and effective.
• Support internal and external audit processes for relevant compliance programs such as SOC2, SOX and ISO.
• Perform security and compliance assessments on new and existing systems, processes, technology.
• Perform business impact analysis and assist with the development of the IT/InfoSec risk register.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• Experience (At Least 3 years of experience) with legal and regulatory compliance standards such as SOX (ITGC), ISO, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, etc.
• Familiarity with ISMS and security frameworks, particularly NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Strong understanding of fundamental information security concepts and technology.
• Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management in a large global environment.

These would also be nice:

• Security-related certification, such as CISA or CISM.
• Experience with Privacy domain and PIA processes.

• Application Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of various business applications, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Benchmarking: Develop and implement strategies to measure application performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to enhance application functionalities, streamline processes, and improve user experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with departments such as Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure applications meet their needs and support business objectives.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on application performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in application management, with a proven track record of managing and improving business applications.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in application management tools and software.
• Familiarity with Marketo, Planhet, Outreach and Servicerocket – advantage.

• Define and execute comprehensive product strategies, creating roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, customer success) to drive product development and go-to-market initiatives
• Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities to enhance video experiences, personalization, and content intelligence
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their complex needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Lead the development of compelling product messaging and sales enablement materials
• Conduct deep market and competitive research to identify emerging trends and innovative opportunities in enterprise video solutions

Ideally, We’re Looking For:

• An experienced product manager with 2+ years of enterprise software experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical mindset with proven expertise in data-driven decision-making
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in content and collaboration platforms
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic product initiatives
