As a US Private Bank Strategy Senior Associate within Asset and Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in promoting key projects. You will be responsible for conducting and managing detailed analyses, as well as creating comprehensive presentations related to strategic planning, business enhancement, and optimization. Additionally, you will participate in various internal consulting initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you will conduct analysis and research, working extensively with colleagues across Asset and Wealth Management, including investment professionals, client advisors/market managers, and functional teams. Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and drive the strategic priorities for the USPB, and for the AWM line of business more broadly, serving as an objective thought partner to the C-Suite and other senior leaders
· Structure and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive strategic recommendations for business development and optimization, including organic and inorganic opportunities for growth
· Build decision frameworks, methodologies, and strategic recommendations that drive key business priorities and change efforts
· Analyze operational and financial data to determine P&L impacts, uncover insights, and support business decision-making
· Research and analyze industry landscape to evaluate new opportunities and identify emerging trends
· Support creation of CEO-level executive communications
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
· 4+ years in consulting with a top-tier management consulting firm or an internal consulting / corporate strategy team, or equivalent experience
· Ability to provide structure in ambiguous situations and apply analytical tools to develop solutions
· Strong client management and executive-level communication skills
· Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style
· BA/BS required
