Role Description
Trust Officer is responsible for administering trusts within the JP Morgan Chase Workplace Solutions trust companies – Global Shares Trustee Ireland Limited (GSTIL) and GS Trustee (UK) Limited (GSTUKL). They will work closely with Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Implementations, AML/KYC, Equity Plan Management, Tax Operations, and Reconciliations to manage the creation and operation of the individual trusts under these two entities.
Trust Officers are responsible for ensuring that GSTIL and GSTUKL fulfil their duties as trustee of individual trusts, and that these two entities meet fiduciary and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, understanding of corporate structures and fiduciary responsibility, regulatory compliance expertise, ability to identify conflicts of interest, possess a detailed mindset thorough understanding of trust and equity plan management.

As a Wholesale Credit Risk EMEA – Consumer, Healthcare, Retail – Vice President in the Commercial & Investment Bank team, you will play a crucial role in negotiating and developing recommendations for new transaction approvals across a variety of products, including secured and unsecured loans, derivatives, trade, and treasury products. You will lead due diligence and credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of counterparties, making recommendations on appropriate structures, risk appetite, and grading. Your role will involve structuring and documentation negotiations, as well as ongoing credit risk portfolio management. You will also be committed to personal development and fostering team knowledge by coaching and training members of the Analyst and Associate community. Your ability to balance a commercial mindset with a sound risk and controls attitude will be key to managing the Firm’s balance sheet effectively.

As a Client Service Manager (CSM) in Securities Services, you will join the client service team and have an assigned book of clients. You will have ultimate ownership for client satisfaction with JP Morgan, pulling together the internal teams and resources required to successfully service your book of business.
