

As a Legal Entity Controller within the J.P. Morgan Securities Legal Entity Controller team, you will lead a team of accounting professionals, providing expertise in project management, Swiss financial regulatory reporting and general accounting matters. You will also provide technical support on complex subject, and partner with operational functional peers (e.g., credit, operations, CFO, compliance, treasury). The role offers interaction with different regions and exposure to management. It will be based in Geneva, reporting to the PB EMEA Controller.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Qualified Accountant, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in banking or financial services, ideally with experience in a global private bank framework.
Strong knowledge of one of the following skills: accounting principles, financial regulatory reporting (e.g. capital and liquidity), and banking products is a plus.
Working experience on Olympic and/or Temenos Banking Systems, ideally in a change management role and experience using financial reporting tools such as SAP, MS Office suite and business intelligence/automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python, etc.
Knowledge of the local Swiss financial regulatory reporting framework, ideally using the Fire platform
Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
