As a Senior Associate of Experience Design for HR, you will play a key role in shaping Employee Experiences across JPMC. You will contribute to strategically important initiatives and new solutions that anticipate employee needs across their day-to-day and career journey. Your experience contributing to end-to-end design, experience strategy and inclusive design will ensure that our offerings are well-crafted, useful, usable, and accessible.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of digital experiences for JPMC’s employees across the globe for products, platforms, and technology supported by our HR function. Job responsibilities
