As a Business Assistant within Commercial and Investment Banking, you will provide diverse administrative and executive support for a team of bankers at varying levels, requiring confidentiality, a strong work ethic and common-sense approach. Your support requirements will vary from day-to-day dependent on the business covered. You should have a solid PA/EA background and skillset with a strong degree of flexibility given the demanding nature of this role.

A friendly professional, you will be 100% relied upon to manage and take responsibility for your stakeholders’ diaries and everyday needs, effectively and proactively prioritizing tasks to ensure the bankers we support are able to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients. You will require minimal direction whilst utilising your strong attention to detail to navigate the needs of the team. You will work in a great network of Business Assistants based throughout the Nordic region supporting one another as well as providing coverage during absence / holidays.

Job responsibilities

  • Manages daily activities: advanced, complex, proactive diary management, facilitating swift set-up of client and internal business partner meetings, complex and high-volume email management, professional telephone manner
  • Greets clients: internal and external client handling, hosting local client meetings, organize internal events and client events, partnership with marketing teams in Europe
  • Sets up meetings, conference calls, video conferences - internally and externally
  • Finalizes complex travel arrangements: co-ordination of flights, check in, VISAs, accommodations, and ground transportation logistics. Manage a multitude of frequent changes at short notice and prepare travel itineraries
  • Manages expense reimbursement processing, system functionality expert - utilize internal systems, complete accurate data entry and reports; create Excel sheets, Word files, PowerPoint presentations and other files needed for preparation for client meetings, arrange printing, binding and distribute presentations for your bankers in preparation for their meetings
  • Becomes integral part of business, understand group priorities and Banker expectations on live deals
  • Assists with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and systems access, lead and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Administrative experience, ideally experienced supporting at mid-level Director (or equivalent) or above
  • Advanced ability to organize; can handle deadlines efficiently
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
  • Can demonstrate pro-activity and ownership within a role
  • Is a strong team player and solution orientated, has potential to act as a role model to peers

The main purpose of this position is to provide assistance to customers in their day to day treasury operations and support the Client Service Account Managers (CSAMs) in the transactional requirements of their portfolio. As a Client Service Transactional Analyst, you will conduct research and analysis in order to respond to internal/external transactional clients inquiries and come up with solution to operational/ transactional inquiries, ensuring all client service related tasks are completed promptly with a high degree of quality and efficiency.

The Client Service Transaction Analyst ensures clients' needs and expectations are formally discussed and analyzed to maintain quality standards, managing efficiently incoming telephone calls, and emails.

Role Responsibilities

  • Client Service team central point of resolution and escalation for service issues and to provide assistance in the day to day treasury operations
  • Full ownership regarding problem solving and escalation, to ensure timely resolution
  • Identifies and addresses product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging the full array of Treasury Services product capabilities
  • Ability to analyze client behavior and trends to propose service efficiencies
  • Adheres to and ensures client's compliance with risk policies/practices and educates clients on new legal/regulatory/cyber changes
  • Direct relationships with clients and internal service providers, resolves issues, directs production and establishes and monitors client SLAs.
  • Provide high-level guidance to the team and ensure that Client Satisfaction and SLAs are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
  • Good understanding of core and intermediate Treasury Services product sets, systems and channels.
  • Thorough understanding of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services.
  • Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English language, verbal and writing;
  • Knowledge of MS Office package;

We are seeking an innovative, passionate, and proactive partner to deliver a seamless end to end client experience. The candidate must be able to consult with clients to understand their technical and business needs throughout the implementations process, then coordinate multi-disciplinary internal and client teams to deliver in an on-time, efficient manner. The individual will manage multiple complex deals/projects concurrently that may have competing priorities, resources, and timelines - and must be able to support broader program management of large clients as well as internal key initiatives. This includes providing consultation to clients on product capabilities, method of payment/currency requirements, gathering and documenting requirements, and analysis and expertise with various formats (JSON, SWIFT MT, ISO XML, NACHA, EDI X12, flat files, etc.).

Ultimately this role is responsible for ensuring client business requirements are translated properly and satisfied throughout the implementation of payment solutions and delivery against the mandated agreements. The candidate will be responsible for solutioning, early engagement activity, participating in finalist presentations, reviewing implementation requirements with clients pre-mandate, and supporting the roll-out of new products in the Wholesale Payments space.

Responsibilities

Conduct scoping meeting(s) with client to ensure product and technical requirements are understood and satisfied in accordance with the client's business and technical needs, as well as, the firm's capabilities

Attend and lead client engagement including recurring project status meetings

Prepare Project Charter and/or Statement of Work outlining product implementation options and timeline

Use tracking tools and systems to document current status, issues, and risks for all active projects

Establish test environments, validate file formats, execute testing, coordinate back office testing, track test results, and assist client with issue resolution

When necessary, perform impromptu troubleshooting sessions with clients regarding failed testing scenarios

Serve as an effective point of escalation on behalf of client

Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and product knowledge

Attend and demonstrate knowledge and value on pre-implementation calls with clients and Sales.


Qualifications

Cash management and treasury services experience / experience with technical payment solutions such as APIs and e-wallets and knowledge of payment connectivity / file formats preferred.

Seasoned project management and problem-solving skills required.

Client-facing experience preferred.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required

Effective issue resolution and escalation skills

Willingness to learn and adaptable to change

Proficient in use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint
