Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Python to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions
• Analyse large, heterogenous datasets to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and especially Large Language Models and agentic systems
• Identify the right state of the art solutions for the bank’s objectives and implement them as clean, production-ready code
• Communicate findings and recommendations through clear and concise reports and presentations

• Proficiency in Python and SQL and familiarity with good software engineering practices

• Strong experience developing, testing machine learning solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn

Job responsibilities

• Executes softwaresolutions, develop, and maintain modular iOS frameworks with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Implement secure authentication flows including OAuth2/OIDC, biometrics, and device attestation.
• Ensure platform integrity through jailbreak/root detection and runtime protection measures.
• Create clear, developer-friendly SDK APIs with comprehensive documentation and example projects.
• Adopt and implement latest iOS technologies such as Swift Concurrency, Combine, and Swift Package Manager.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align SDK interfaces and security protocols.
• Write robust unit and integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on iOS software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and experience with UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Deep understanding of mobile security concepts including OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), PKCE, biometrics (Face ID/Touch ID), and secure storage (Keychain, Secure Enclave).
• Proven experience building and maintaining iOS SDKs or reusable frameworks.
• Familiarity with Apple’s security APIs such as App Attest and DeviceCheck.
• Strong knowledge of modern concurrency patterns in Swift (async/await, Combine).
• Experience with API design, versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) or other cross-platform shared business logic frameworks.

• Formal training or certification on large scale technology program concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
• Advanced programming skills in Python and proficiency in Python web services frameworks.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building scalable web applications.
• Proven success in leading large or cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Apply large language models (LLMs), machine learning (ML) techniques, and statistical analysis to enhance informed decision-making and improve workflow efficiency, which can be utilized across investment functions, client services, and operational process.
• Collect and curate datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Perform experiments using different model architectures and hyperparameters, determine appropriate objective functions and evaluation metrics, and run statistical analysis of results.
• Monitor and improve model performance through feedback and active learning.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deploy and scale the developed models in production.
• Deliver written, visual, and oral presentation of modeling results to business and technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in LLM, ML and data science. Identify and leverage emerging techniques to drive ongoing enhancement.

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative or technical discipline or significant practical experience in industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in applying NLP, LLM and ML techniques in solving high-impact business problems, such as semantic search, information extraction, question answering, summarization, personalization, classification or forecasting.
• Advanced python programming skills with experience writing production quality code
• Good understanding of the foundational principles and practical implementations of ML algorithms such as clustering, decision trees, gradient descent etc.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning toolkits such as PyTorch, Transformers, HuggingFace.
• Strong knowledge of language models, prompt engineering, model finetuning, and domain adaptation.
• Familiarity with latest development in deep learning frameworks.
