Roles and responsibilities

• Responsible for the assessment and control of deal execution quality throughout deal life cycle
• Advise deal execution teams on technical and execution issues

Qualification:

• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Attainment of all necessary CSRC licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required) for carrying out securities and other regulated activities

• At least 5 years working experience in a reputational investment banking company or an accounting firm
• At least 3 years of experience in a quality control function with diverse product review exposure

As a Cash Operations Transaction Processor, the position is responsible for the daily regulatory reporting and related transaction processing.

Responsibilities:

• Individual will be expected to work independently on end to end execution of transactions including due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling, grading, structuring, credible challenge 1st line and recommending for Credit Executives Approval across a range of industries.
