What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Administer the hostal, including supervision of cleaning and maintenance staff.
  • Coordinate lodging and transportation for visiting personnel.
  • Manage internal communication tools and strategies.
  • Support and follow up on immigration processes for foreign employees.
  • Monitor and report on hostal inventory, gas consumption, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety management systems (SGA, SGC, EHS).
  • Organize corporate and external events.
  • Train cleaning staff on chemical usage and hygiene protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Administration, or related fields .
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in hospitality or HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office , immigration processes , and organizational communication strategies .
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Development or Communication .
  • Experience with internal communication platforms , event planning , or vendor management .
