

Your Responsibilities
Develop high-voltage BLDC motor controllers, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection (MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, capacitors)
Optimize designs for efficiency, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance
Run simulations to assess circuit behaviour and thermal performance (SPICE, MATLAB / Simulink)
Lead the activities for building samples and prototypes before the start of serial production; define testing requirements to validate the prototype
Prototype testing using oscilloscopes, power analysers, and environmental chambers
Conduct EMI/EMC testing and troubleshoot issues
Validate designs according to automotive standards (ISO 26262, AEC-Q100/101)
Produce final documentation for PCBA production (BOM - schematic - Gerber file - component specification)
Collaborate with our international team of engineers
Your Profile
BSc or MSc degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related
Ideally more than 3 years of relevant experience in automotive industry
Previous working experience with High Voltage power electronics (specifically automotive BLDC motor controllers) is mandatory
Relevant knowledge in areas of automotive communication protocols, DVP&R processes and automotive standards
Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence and simulation tools (LTSPICE, MATLAB)
Good English language skills are mandatory; French or German would be advantage
Teamwork oriented and able to utilize his skills in a multicultural environment
Prominent professional curiosity and willingness to learn
Open to occasionally travel across European and Asian locations

Develop new products (fan, shroud fluid, acoustic design) targeted to performance and cost, investigate new possible technical solution
Designing of new cooling fan modules for automotive products group
Designing of new products for different markets (e.g. industrial/home ventilation products)
Performance, acoustic and weight optimization of JE products
Support in product development for fluid dynamics and acoustic issues
Development of new design methodologies, using state of the art theory, numerical analysis tools and DOE/Optimization tools (both for Cooling Fan and new ventilation products)
Approach to work with proactivity and autonomy in order to design completely new concepts, with the task to acquire new markets and new business opportunities
Our requirements:
University degree of professional qualification in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, preferably with a Turbomachinery, Energetics or Fluid Dynamics orientation.
Professional experience of ideally more than 3 years in similar positions in the automotive or industrial sector / fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
Relevant knowledge of fluid dynamics, acoustics
Consolidated skills in Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD).
Knowledge of Python or other object-oriented programming
(OOP)Operate efficiently in multicultural matrix organization
Fluent Italian, proficient English language skills
Resourceful, highly analytical, proactive person with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, particularly for software code generation

Your responsibilities will be to:
Design and deploy scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
Automate cloud operations and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and security of Azure resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud migration and modernization projects

Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity (Azure AD), storage, and compute services
Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python preferred)
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
Knowledge of other server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and Hypervisor (ESX, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.)
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Experience with migration from on-prem to the Azure Cloud
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with hybrid cloud environments, knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes on AKS), and familiarity with governance frameworks like Azure Policy and Blueprints are preferred

Your Responsibilities
Support the Process Engineering and Manufacturing department, through the coordination and follow up activities
Follow up all phases of the assembly processes
Verify, organize and update specific production documents and reports
Support the activity of estimation of RFQ for new products
Participate in the whole industrialization process of new products - from feasibility study/evaluation to production start-up, following the JE rules
Support the production process optimization
Support the automation program
Support the Production process digitization managing the reporting system, the data collection system and KPI
Support the management of the production machines and traceability, based on Visual Basic
Take active part to the task force team in the Cooling Fan Module area
Your Profile
BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related
Ideally three to five years of relevant professional experience in modern manufacturing environment
Familiarity with process automation, product and process technology
Relevant knowledge in areas of Informatics/computer programming i.e. PBI and languages like visual basic;
Time & method analysis, ergonomics, EHS
Good technical English language skills: spoken and written
