1.学历与专业：本科及以上学历，电机、机械设计制造及其自动化、流体机械等相关专业。​

2.工作经验：具有5年以上排水泵或相关流体机械结构设计经验。​

3. 专业知识与技能​

• 精通排水泵的工作原理、结构设计方法和相关行业标准。​

• 熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件，能够独立完成产品的结构设计，并了解仿真原理。​

• 具备扎实的机械设计、材料力学、流体力学等专业知识，了解电机设计相关知识。​

• 熟悉产品的制造工艺（如装配等），能够在设计中考虑工艺可行性。​

1.负责按项目计划书、技术规范和客户要求，设计开发产品（电机），制定前期工艺规范。
2. 负责电机样机制作和测试。
3. 负责电机及产品的测试方案和性能评估。
4.负责跟进新产品量产前期的进度，处理生产过程中电机零件及与电机相关的技术问题。
5.负责电机工艺技术改进、改良工作，降低制造成本。
6.负责协助销售部门与客户沟通产品的相关信息及设计变更。
7. 负责公司电机产品有关标准的修订、完善。

1.电机、机械、机电一体化等相关专业本科以上学历。
2.熟悉电机工作原理，能独立进行电机结构及电磁设计。
3.熟练运用AutoCAD、Solidworks等绘图软件及Office办公软件。
4.熟悉ISO质量体系，能独立读懂英文说明书及认证测试资料，能和（境内外）客户有效沟通，解答疑问。
5.具备产品制造经验，熟悉电机生产工艺，能协助解决生产中遇到的技术问题。

1. At least Master holder inElectrical/ElectronicEngineering or related field硕士以上学历，电子、电磁场，电力，物理以及射频微波相关专业

2. Minimum 3 years of working/research experience in EMC design/Antenna design/EMC Simulation3年以上的EMC设计/天线设计/EMC仿真的工作经验或研究经验

3. Familiar with simulation software (HFSS or CST) and other software (3D, PCB, Matlab, etc)熟悉仿真设计工具软件，包括仿真软件（HFSS或CST）和 设计软件（3D建模，PCB 布线，Matlab等等）

改岗位初期将在深圳进行 3-6个月，您将与工程团队密切合作，学习产品细节和工作流程。根据业务进展和个人表现，该角色随后将转移至上海。

1.陪同业务开发 (BD)同事参与客户会议，提供技术支持并促进人形机器人关节模组产品的讨论。

2.五年相关经验，包括技术支持、应用工程或面向客户的角色，涉及机器人、自动化或硬件产品。理想候选人有年以上工作经验，并具备机器人行业从业背景。

3.英语流利（书面、口语、阅读和听力）是必备要求，因为角色涉及国际客户互动和技术文档。

Job responsibilities:

2. Manage and maintain certifications and compliance with, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, QC080000, VDA 6.3; and identify & facilitate training.

3. Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits (IQA), LPA, VDA6.3 process, CQI and dock audits, etc.

5. Organize QS Management Reviews for APG including the tracking of customer feedback score cards and related quality performance.

6. Update & maintain APG procedures, work instructions (WI), and forms to align with quality standards & customer specified requirements.

7. Support the organization in implementing and managing enterprise projects tied to quality systems.

8. Maintain and mange with Functions for the compliance with product safety standards, including E4 and E24 certifications.

9. Support the development and rollout of Quality Endtoend, digitization and AI projects and related quality system alignments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, Engineering majors are preferred.

2. 5+ years of experience in a team management role to lead and motivate the Quality System Engineers (QSE) team and Functional Teams effectively.

3. In-depth knowledge of quality management standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Core Tools, QC080000, VDA6.3, CQI and different OEM and Tier-one customer specified requirements.

4. Good in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage.

5. Expertise in planning, preparing and managing customer, and third-party audits; and very good problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with various stakeholders with very good logical and positive mindset.

7. Experience in Industrial 4.0, digitization and AI are an advantage.

8. Good experience in automotive industries, especially in handling OEMs and Tier-one customers.

1. Responsible for mechanical maintenance of various production equipment;
2. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of all equipment within the jurisdiction; cooperate in completing relevant auditing tasks.
3. Be responsible for the spare parts and cost budget execution or outsourcing requirements needed for the daily maintenance or repair of equipment within the jurisdiction, and reduce maintenance costs.
4. Develop plans for adjusting, modifying, rectifying, and improving equipment and facilities, and analyze and calculate the costs of rectification.
5. Analyze and summarize the causes of equipment failures, and implement improvement plans.
6. Responsible for the on-site management of public facilities (such as air compressors, dryers, etc.) and energy sources (water, electricity, gas, nitrogen, ammonia, etc.), as well as budget preparation and regular calibration.
7. Responsible for the daily management of special equipment, implementation and improvement of maintenance AI, coordination with maintenance team members for deployment, scheduling, and work plan management.
8. Assist in the establishment, promotion, and implementation of a maintenance management system.
